AgriLawn Turf Program

You'll be delighted with the results of a full year of professional lawn care from AgriLawn. Our 7-step turf program is the easy way to ensure your lawn receives the proper attention all year long. Each application is scheduled approximately 5 to 7 weeks apart. We use only the best products and techniques available. We also consider the time of year, condition of the lawn and type of grass, to determine the type of weed control and/or fertilization you will receive.

Our annual lawn care program consists of the following seven (7) applications:

Pre-Spring Lawn Application: Pre-emergent herbicide to control crabgrass and other summer grassy weeds. Post-emergent to control winter grassy weeds as well as henbit, chickweed, clover and other broadleaf weeds. We recommend scheduling a soil test at this time to check the soil pH.
Spring Lawn Application: Pre-emergent to extend weed control through summer. Control for broadleaf weeds and grassy weeds. Balanced fertilization for spring green up. We recommend scheduling aerations at this time.
Early Season Lawn Booster: Fertilization for good greening and early season growth. Post-emergent to control broadleaf weeds including dandelions, chickweed, henbit and clover. Turf damaging insect & disease monitoring and recommendations for control when needed.
Mid Season Lawn Enhancer: High nitrogen fertilizer for thick, healthy turf. Spot treatment of nutsedge, crabgrass, dallisgrass and other weeds. Monitoring and recommendations for turf damaging insect and disease control when needed.
Late Season Lawn Sustainer: High nitrogen fertilizer to encourage good greening for remainder of growing season. Spot treatment of nutsedge, crabgrass and other summer weeds. Monitoring and recommendations for turf damaging insect and disease control when needed.
Fall Lawn Application: Pre-emergent herbicide to control annual bluegrass, henbit, chickweed and other winter annual weeds. Post-emergent herbicide to control existing broadleaf weeds. Fescue lawns will receive high nitrogen fertilization. This is the perfect time to plant cool season grass seed.
Winterizing Application: Bermudagrass lawns receive high potassium fertilizer to strengthen root system and help prepare turf for winter months. Winter broadleaf and grassy weed control. Fescue lawns receive fertilization and pre-emergent for winter weed control.

Note: Due to its unique needs, fescue lawns and cool season grasses require some variations in this turf management program
